Delete your Touryteller account

You can delete your Touryteller account and the associated data from the app itself, without writing to us or waiting.

How to do it

1. Open Touryteller and sign in.
2. Go to your profile and open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your email address, your username, your photo, your bio, your website, your gender and your date of birth. Also your progress through the tours, your badges and streaks, your favourites, your purchases, the people you follow, your notifications and your link to Stripe. Your access disappears and you will not be able to sign in with that account again.

What is kept

If you have published tours, they remain available to anyone who has bought them or is playing them, but without your name: they are shown with anonymous authorship. We also keep the transaction records for the periods required of us by the applicable tax and commercial regulations.

Can’t sign in to the app?

If you have already uninstalled Touryteller or cannot access your account, leave us your details and we will delete it for you. We will confirm by email once it is done.

Before deleting anything we will write to that address to confirm that you are the account holder. We only delete the account once you reply.
